Why these calculators
Most calculator sites repeat the same handful of generic tools. The gap is in the rules that differ by country and change every year — severance pay under Korea's 근로자퇴직급여보장법, the statutory 전월세전환율, US self-employment tax, required minimum distributions. Those are the tools collected here.
Each jurisdiction page states the statute it follows and the date its rates were last checked, so you can tell what the number is based on. Rates, brackets and limits change with every budget, so the page tells you when to double-check rather than pretending the figure is permanent.
Everything is computed locally with JavaScript. There is no account, no email gate, and no data sent to a server.
